Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs for all orders from www.violin.org will be based upon the actual weight of items purchased. Indiana state sales tax will be added during the checkout process for in state residents. Ticket ONLY purchases will be charged a flat rate Ticket Processing Fee of $3.00.  

Return Policy
You may return (return shipping at your expense) all new or unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, the International Violin Competition of Indianapolis will pay return shipping costs. Ticket purchases are NOT refundable.

In the event that an International Violin Competition of Indianapolis product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, International Violin Competition of Indianapolis reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. International Violin Competition of Indianapolis reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, International Violin Competition of Indianapolis shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
